About Dallas Davis
After graduating in Spring 2018 with a double major in International Conflict Resolution and Modern Languages from Grand Valley State University in Michigan, Dallas joined a real estate consulting start-up company in Chicago, Illinois. By summer 2018, he moved to Rockville, Maryland to overhaul the leasing activity of a 600+ unit Class A residential portfolio, where he brought occupancies from 80%, back to a stable 95%. In less than two years in the Metro DC Area, he closed over 300 leases and drove revenue of over $10 million for one of the most prominent real estate investment companies in North America.
He visited Roanoke for the first time in Summer 2019 and fell in love with all the city offers. Over the next few months, he made regular trips back for weekend hikes, live music Downtown, and most of all a homegrown community he came to adore.
