Born and raised in Central Virginia, our Co-Founder and President of Property Management, Frances P. Booker CPO SHCM C3P, is an Award Winning Property Manager that brings over 15 years of management experience, with some of the largest property management companies in the United States, and the state of Virginia. As a site manager with Winn Residential, the 5th largest property firm in the United States, Frances has managed some of the largest and most difficult property sites in Central Virginia. As a Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) she has been sought out to take over large communities that were being mismanaged with occupancy rates falling below 80%. She successfully took over those properties and brought occupancy up to 99% and was able to maintain those rate during her management. She has worked closely with the police department, helping to curb criminal activity in the communities she has managed. Turning them into safe places for her residents to live.
Frances has over a decade of experience working closely with Virginia Housing Development Authority(VHDA) and Department of Housing and Urban Development(HUD) helping facilitate REAC inspections, and physical and file audits for program compliance.
